All sales are final. Manos products are made to order, carefully checked against our quality standards before leaving our facility. Therefore, we have a no-cancellation and no-return policy. Please reach out if you have any questions when ordering a product.

In the event of a warranty repair, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our facility. We highly recommend an insured, trackable shipping method to warrant items. We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages.
